Vertical & Running with Poles Clinic | Chamonix Mountain Running Festival

A dynamic session with @chloelanthier, time to have fun and learn the best way to develop your watts and strength for the climbs and speed and confidence for the descents. We will also work on drills to optimize mechanics and skills for climbing with poles. This hour will change the way you think and train for the vertical! Don’t forget your poles. Followed by coffee at Plan B Hotel.
